Kendelle Pollitt is a family lawyer, certified mediator, and founder of Pier Law & Mediation, a nationally recognized firm with offices in White Rock, Tsawwassen, Powell River, and soon Vancouver. Practising since 2006, Kendelle brings nearly two decades of experience in advocacy and firm leadership. Reduce disproportionate administrative burdens on small and mid-sized firms so lawyers can focus on delivering competent, ethical service to the public, rather than navigating excessive paperwork.
Fair & Transparent Discipline
Champion disciplinary processes that are proportionate, timely, and just. Family lawyers, in particular, face frequent and sometimes frivolous complaints; Kendelle will advocate for early guidance and clarity to protect lawyers while maintaining public confidence.
Diversity, Inclusion & Representation in Leadership
Support pathways to leadership for women and underrepresented lawyers. When the profession reflects the diversity of the public it serves, integrity and competence are strengthened across the bar.
